Just finished the morning session (fitness) ran under 12:30 for the 2 mile but busted my ass for that then ended up getting in the 7:30's on the 1 mile and then got in the low 7:00's for the last mile. Hopefully in the top ten for fitness

Pretty much what I do every morning:
1. Wake Up
2. Turn on Computer
3. Go pour myself a bowl of fruity cheerios with strawberry low-fat pop tart
4. Go back to room
5. Turn on space heater b/c the AC freezes me
6. Open Internet Explorer
7. facebook.com
8. New tab CCS
9. Turn on X Box
10. Vegetate all morning
