Shouldn't that read if it doesn't bleed it's overcooked?

It doesn't bleed in the beginning and at the end. When you take a steak and get ready to cook it, how much blood is there? None. It's in the meat still. Once it warms it gets released. Then eventually it gets dried out. I like it prior to escaping.

You got under cooked meat at Chipolte? The few times I was there I got overcooked and cold meat. Place is gross for me.

Yeah downtown Chipotles try to crank it out so fast they undercook the steak sometimes.... I am not a fan.
