Bank I worked at was 3 men, 3 women when I started. It pretty much stayed that through sometimes shifting to 4-2 women but usually evened out. No idea what it is now because I haven't been near the place in almost 2 years.

That was our branch. Pretty much just a branch manager, 2 tellers, 2 personal bankers, and 1 person who could do both.
