I was able to do it today so I feel decent about it. Best part was the shower afterwards. Made my legs feel better some.

Yeah...hydration is important for running. The worst thing is you getting some dehydration cramp during the middle of your run. It's a nasty setback. Weird that your gym doesn't allow water...most gyms I have been to allow it. Heck, they'll allow basically any drink.Unfortunately no water allowed in the gym. Would you recommend during my walk "breaks" that i grab a couple of sips?

Ha...if you went to CRCE or ARC (or IMPE/WIMPE if you were of that generation of names) those were run by students too and you could bring whatever.
