I agree.

They definitely improved up front with Carter and Prospal. They also have a likely ROY candidate in Johansen. They did lose Voracek though, who put up a good number of points.

Adding Wiz will help them along with another Vet or two that they added, but I still think their defense is particularly weak.

Too much relies on Mason though and I don't know if he will recapture his rookie season ever again.

I think they compete for a number 7/8 spot but I don't expect them to do anything spectacular - especially because they are in the Central where they will have stiff competition from the other 4 teams.

I think Columbus would be incredibly fortunate to be battling for a spot.

Far and away the least impressive goalie in the central and a seriously lame defensive corps.

Getting Nash some help will be good offensively, but they just look like poo in their own end.
