Silva has thrown 79 pitches through 6 innings, and his spot was due up in the bottom of the 6th with a two-run lead. Len and Bob thought he'd be removed, but Piniella is gonna let him go 7 strong.

In his first game, he threw 75-80 through 6, and they pulled him...I thought that was a poor choice.

Marmol could've done better, but I'm just glad we won!

missed a lot of this game due to going to see "iron man 2" but while it was nice it was a W, still their run manufacturing is just abysmal right now. and marmol had a shaky 9th. this team is going to be hard to watch this summer.

Yeah Marmol was giving me a heart attack while he was out there. But he made the pitches he needed. I just hope he doesn't do this all the time. I can't take that roller coaster.
