I'm kind of an intentional light weight so I don't have to buy them so often. I usually take one of these 10mg gummies that seem to last way longer than some of the other ones I've tried since moving here. Usually takes about an hour to an hour and a half to start kicking in and then tends to last around 3-3.5 hours (some have lasted longer) total. So I try to take them about every 2.5 hrs or so. I work pretty early in the mornings so by like 8:30 pm, I'm about out so a lot of times the second one just puts me to sleep for the night.
