This may be the first time outside of the garbage time interception at KC that the Bears offense has been given good field position. Comind into today Bears were last in league in starting field position.

So I may be totally wrong, but I'm thinking, since ball was across goal line and player was technically inbounds, when he kicked the pylon, the ball was across goal line its therefore a touchdown.
