@AlejoEtcheverry broke the news from Uruguay. Here are two interesting tweets from him:
Toronto FC y Chicago Fire las opciones. Los primeros, tienen más chances por lo económico.
El Chicago Fire está interesado en Forlán pero los números por ahora no cierran.

"los numeros por ahor no cierran" means the numbers aren't close

I'd take it, sign of effort to become a "big" club in the league anyway.

We'll see what happens. It isn't like we have the lowest payroll in the league or anything, though a big name would be great of course... I mean, even if it is a washed up member of the Mexican National Team if it will help put more butts in the seats wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.

Canada to bid on 2026... they'd honestly be better off joint-bidding with us... they only have so many large venues and will have no use for them afterwards, not exactly a country with a ton of markets able to host pro sports teams.

Miami thinking BIG, for their first DP......

http://metro.co.uk/2014/02/16/david...no-ronaldo-first-miami-super-signing-4306771/

Orlando looking at Kaka and I'm sure NYCFC is going to go after one, two or three BIG name players. I hope Andy is going to get his big boy pants on soon, because I think these owners are thinking big. If you can't keep up and get out of the way and sell your team.

Toronto has done this year, Seattle done last year and LA and NY have done in the past, so this league is going to pass Dollar Menu up by time all these team start playing. The sad thing is teams like Philadelphia's and Montreal's already have, we are going to be in BIG trouble if Dollar Menu continues to run the team has he has the last 6 years.

Beckham says he wants to bring Ronaldo to Miami in 2017. Good luck Beckham, seriously, good luck would be awesome. But, there is no chance in...

Beckham left Real at the same age Ronaldo would be when his contract is up.
