**** yeah, 2-1 MU. Rafael goes 5 hole on the Fire goalie. A lot of substitutions by MU, this is more like it.

1st half was all Fire, it wasnt MU's A team. 2nd half was all MU, with 75% of their A team.

LOL it was like Man U was playing with Chicago..."yea, good job, your up 1-0" then BAM! Rooney and Nani shat all over them...

btw, Obertan is nasty with the ball...expect a Chicharito-esque breakout from him this season

it was like MU only showed up for the 2nd half. At least the Fire can say the won the 1st half against MU.

So the Fire beat ManUre's mix of 1st and snd stringers for the first half and lead into the 65th minute after subbing out half of our starters and United injected their starters....and the Europhile fucktards feel all big shit that they left Chicago with a 3-1 win? what a joke these American ManUre fans are...so plastic.

If you live in this city, this is our club, support your local side.

The Fire's interim coach said he was going to put in virtually everyone to maintain the spirit of a friendly where everyone gets some minutes and its a good-natured event. If ManUre, or any of their fanbase, thought this should be a walk in the park, they were mistaken. They barely left with a win after putting on most of their best against most of our bench--and to be fair, 2 of their 3 goals would have been stopped by our first string keeper.

The Fire should feel emboldened that they stood their ground and represented MLS well. hell, they fared better than the MLS All-Stars.
