The short answer, the Bears are a losing franchise. They’ve always sucked. They get a good team once a decade, maybe teice if they’re lucky.

Who was talking about the last 2? Just saying, can't say their other divisional teams suck when they, themselves, haven't even won a single playoff game in 9 years and haven't won a playoff game against a team with a winning record in 13 years.
