Don’t waste your time. He won’t be able to reply for a very long time because he can’t stop being a douche canoe
Hah, I see! Well, honestly, you never know who else might share that opinion, and the post I responded to had a lot of opinion in it that is quite popular. I don't think a three year vet is trading away for an aging asset, as the player should be hitting their prime in the following seasons, but lots of people could feel the other way. So let's consider that an assessment "for the room" instead of for Montucky.

Besides, criticism of the Claypool trade is warranted. At the time I found it defensible, but in retrospect it turned out to be another one for the manure heap. You pay GMs to have some amount of foresight, and in the end, that one is a mark against our GM.

I really don't want to see the Bears trading up. They need to use their draft capital on starters with rookie contracts. I would prefer to see trade downs for more picks this year. Poles scares the crap out of me.
I want quality over quantity. A true star would be nice.

I have no idea. But it would have been prudent to try it out late last season when everything went to shit
Prudent to try a new position he's never played before? At least if they do it now he can practice up at it.

It's a bad idea in general because he's not an athlete. At no point do I look at him and go he's nimble.

McShay is now reporting he heard the Giants could use Kayvon to move back up to get a QB. Should start right on time, about 18:24. It would seem there could be a desperate need to find a way to move back into the draft to get in position.

If the draft falls shitty, I wonder if a baseline of 10 for 34, Future 1st, and Kayvon. I think the math works out about even. So, if they want a premium for this pick, you can maybe force out more value like a future 2nd, or current 3rd. I don’t know what the limit would be on a QB trade in a draft like this.
