Uhhh…..yeah

Steelers would never do this

Steelers should just suck ass for a year and enter the archie manning sweepstakes.

They aint winning shit with rodgers and will finish with 10 wins again, only to be a first round wildcard exit...then be searching for a qb again next offseason

I also don't believe Tennessee is 100% on Ward yet. I think they are still doing homework. I think they want Ward to be the guy and will give it every opportunity.

Carter is going to be a good player and they will have to pass on him so they had better be sure on Ward.
He is the pick. Titans FA cemented what should've already been a forgone conclusion. Callahan will be looking for a new job next year if levis/Brandon Allen is his starter next year. Ward is far and away the best qb in this draft.

I think he will be the pick as well, but I don't think it is an auto pick like some QBs in the past. I am guessing there is is some debate going on.

Ward is the best QB in the draft, but I'm not sure Ward will make it in the NFL as a consistent starter.

I thought a lot of people are saying Arch most likely won’t enter the draft next year?

Kollman dropped his 10 defensive Gems video - huge grain of salt on his projections but he gets that good good All 22 film straight from the NFL and there's a few prospects I think could be in play for the Bears on this one:

* Kevin Winston Jr. @12:10 - this is in my mind the ideal pick at 72
* Omar Norman-Lott @23:30 - interesting choice for DT4 if he fell to 72
* Alfred Collins @34:10 - another NT that could be there at 72

Winston and Norman-Lott are two I’ve been wanting the whole draft process. Either at 72 is good with me, but I think ONL will probably not be there.

Fannin:

“Fannin projects as an immediate impact receiver at the next level who can create mismatches from multiple alignments. His combination of route-running prowess, reliable hands, and after-catch ability will make him a valuable weapon in any modern NFL offense. While his frame limits his ceiling as a traditional inline tight end, his versatility and proven production against top competition suggest he can thrive in a hybrid H-back/big slot role similar to how the 49ers deploy George Kittle or the Ravens use Mark Andrews.

Creative offensive coordinators will be able to maximize his unique skill set by moving him around the formation and manufacturing touches in space. His advanced route-running and natural feel for finding voids in coverage should translate quickly to the NFL level. While he may never be a dominant point-of-attack blocker, his technique and competitive toughness make him adequate enough to stay on the field in most situations.

In the right system, Fannin has the tools to develop into a premier receiving threat who can consistently win against both safeties and linebackers while providing enough blocking utility to be an every-down player. His combination of proven production and athletic upside makes him one of the most intriguing offensive weapons in this draft class.”

If they move on from Kmet and his podcast bullshit then Fannin would be the better chess piece for Johnson.

Also Wood is completely incorrect about Hockenson. Been reading Hock wanted to reset the TE market but his production and numerous games missed to go along with his differences with the coaching staff forced their hand to ship him out.

Since the majority of quarterback-needy teams have already signed or traded for veterans, and are now showing interest in Day 2 prospects, we should start to strongly consider the possibility that at least one of the top quarterback prospects (mostly Shedeur Sanders, but possibly also Cam Ward) experiences draft-day fall.

IMO, Sanders is the guy who could fall.
I didn't watch any Colorado games, but I have seen some highlights and his arm is average at best.
If Schoen/Daboll are truly on the hot seat, how does reaching for Sanders at 3 possibly help them this year?
It seems to me that it's just a bunch of the usual media QB hype to attract viewers.
Schoen/Daboll feel a lot like Pace/Nagy entering their final year. Everybody knew they shouldn't have been brought back and they will do something desperate, that isn't a good fit, to try and stay. My guess is about 5 games into the season it will be a foregone conclusion they are gone, and if they over drafted a QB it will set them back a few more years. Feels so familiar.
