He's 195 soaking wet on a good day with a lean frame. Like the player but he's a platoon player in the league,

This class is overhyped in my assessment of these backs.one of the best ever, nonsense. The quantity is certainly there but not the quality. Alot of these guys have warts.
He's 206+, LOL. He averaged .340 Missed Tackles per Carry when he last played in 2023, which ranks 7th among draft-eligible RBs and looked better in very short play time in 2024. Ran a 4.41 40 with 41.5 vertical and 17 reps at his Pro Day. Pff has him up to #144 overall in this draft from being projected as an UDFA just weeks ago. I've been saying that if he's there in 5, #148, the Bear should take him.

Again, I like the player, I think he can one productive in the league, the buring question is can his body hold up. He runs hard, no doubt. His durability will be a concern for teams. Because of his frame.

He was 206 at his pro Day last week when he jumped that 41.5 vert and 10.5 broad jump.. He wasn't invited to the combine so your link is a guess. I've also seen him listed at 208.

Here's his current genuinely official #s.

Wasn't invited to the combine? He ran a 4.39 40...at the combine. I feel like we're talking about two different players here lol

Matt Miller of ESPN says there are 14 players in this draft he’s awarded 1st round grades. His list includes zero QBs.

"How many first-round prospects are there in the 2025 NFL draft class?

You might think the answer is 32 because there will be 32 selections in Round 1 on April 24 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. But we aren't talking about how many players will ultimately be drafted in Round 1; we're talking about how many carry a true Round 1 grade.

The average draft class has roughly 15 players who are deemed "first-round talents," though the number varies by team and scouting department. These sacred evaluations are reserved for prospects who would be Day 1 selections regardless of year, and my own guideline is whether a player would have been a first-rounder in each of the past five classes.

Even though there has been an increase since the combine has concluded, the 2025 class has the lowest number of true first-round grades I've ever awarded: 14, up from 12 in my last update. To compare, the final list in 2024 had 18 names on it, and the 2023 list had 20. There is still time between now and the draft on April 24 for that number to grow, but here are the players who deserve a first-round grade on my board right now. (Players' overall rankings are in parentheses after their names.)

Not a good draft to trade your high pick for a bunch of shitty ones

I've been thinking maybe this is a draft to trade up in? Could we get back into the 1st for a 4th and Catolinas 2nd? I'd feel pretty good coming away with Pearce/Green and Grant. Or would we have to give up our 3rd to make that happen?

Would def take more than 39 and a 4th and the bears don’t even have a 4th this year anyways.

39 and a 3rd could get them to the 23-27 range. If green or Pearce were still there I would make that trade in a heartbeat. Then I’d trade back from 41 to the 50-55 range and pickup a 4th rounder

2-3 qbs go in top 9 prob won’t need to trade up unless dead set on one guy vs another
