Thank you. I've been irritated with Philly and their disbelief that goaltending matters. Bobby Clarke started that shit and it's just kinda continued in Philly, even beyond his reign. The Flyers were good enough (and the eastern conference was bad enough) last year to get by with poor goaltending, but that shit was fluke and it blatantly cost them in the end. FACT: The Cup was won on a goaltending mistake.
You can suck Detroit's and their cheap goalie having **** as long as you want, but 9 out of 10 times, the fact remains that you need a good number one goalie to win the cup. History proves that.
