I’m not sure how much I like this reception. ESB had a few steps on the DB. I would have liked to see him catch that in stride with the ball thrown in front of him to run under. Yes, I am not sure what route was supposed to be run, but him turning into the ball and adjusting for the catch or catching it in stride is the difference between just a reception and a TD.

I was talking about who was starting on the outside opposite Mooney.
As in on the boundary?

I’m thinking they want a big boundary blocker, so it’ll most likely be between Harry and ESB.

Once he got 3 steps on the db, he(sb) started loafing it too. Thats probably a break up or worse is someone is actually trying.

read that there was a penalty and thats why the DB slowed down

And if he can bottle up Nick Bosa week one we'll know he's for real week one. If not? Well, it only gets easier from there.
This is where we get into trouble. Its one game. It'll be great but you can't come to any conclusions after one game. Bryan Witzmann checked Donald for like 20 snaps in 2018 and Bears Nation though we had a starter for the next decade.
