this team as a whole is so bad right now. I dont know who to blame, the list is too long. some of the games have given me bad flashbacks of huet being out of position the way crawford has been (not baiting boom!).

I think this team is just confused on how they want to play. Additions where made to add a bit of physical play. They still show flashes of being a puck possession team but no true QB to run it. The PP shows no signs of changing things up. The D is just horrendous we have a #1 &#2 dmen. The rest are #4 or lower. The forwards just need to get consistent.

I wish I could say that injuries are the excuse. toews and sharp back and they still suck ass. we just need to get a fucking win. this losing streak is unacceptable with the talent they have.

I don't care to argue about Emery or Nabokov or that it's the defense letting Crawford down. I've already talked about that stuff.

Crawford needs to sit and it needs to be made official. No "we're going to play the hot hand" business. If I'm Q talking to the press: "Corey is going to be our backup from here on out this season".

Toews is the problem.

I know that the announcers said something along the lines of this last night, but I'd noticed it a few weeks ago that he is obviously still injured. He's not winning face-offs (which I noticed when they'd say that the face-offs were won by the other team over us as a whole in a few games, and that never happens). He's not scoring goals. He's not getting assists. Him being targeted by enforcers doesn't help either.

It's not just been him. Next to impossible to stop the shot that went upper 90 on the other side of the San Jose PP (5th goals). The Thornton goal was shot in by Olsen. One he mad a big save on but traffic stopped him from getting around in time, and the defense should have done more behind the net.

I think it is just a product of defense and some inconsistency that needs to be addressed.
