I'm not making comparisons; they're both terrible. Brouwer had every shot to cement himself as a power LW alongside Kane and Toews last season and failed miserably. Get over it, kid; he sucked.

Yeah - you can go back in a time machine and snag Wayne Gretzky circa 1985 or so - or have Brouwer --- and you gotta pick Brouwer because otherwise apparently that makes you Cheech Marin or something.
Otoh I would take Brouwer over Craig Coxe - so you got that one, er I guess...
The team misses a lot more than Brouwer - it misses how to play team defense. These young kids out there -they probably need a coach that can give them a nice boot up the Khyber ... as it isn't working now. No idea who that is...
