A small Italian deli that is almost a year old, downtown. There are only 4 employees including the owner (who works the kitchen as well). They arent taking off, but not dying either, so as long as they can hold on for another year I think they will be good to go. We'll see. I used to work in the kitchen for a few years. I know they dedication and non-stop work upper management has to do to be successful. Very tough industry.
