Running a game on our C64 wasnt hard. we had a quick boot cartridge (or something like) and if the game wasnt compatible with that just bring up the directory

$

and run the exe

Hell I could do it and i was 4

We had the quickboot as well, but it didn't work more times than not.

I remember it only working for certain games...mainly ones my brother and his friend hadn't modified. They knew the code so they'd **** with the games

The specs are decent. Its just as much a functional modern computer as you would get anywhere, though i doubt you can do any gaming on it. Im not sure if its running laptop or desktop hardware. Judging by the panel configurations im going to guess its a desktop Mobo (I think), probably a micro ATX form factor. Theres no way you are fitting any gaming grade non-mobile video card in there. Even if you could that thing would overheat so hard.

They also sell a modern looking slim version http://www.commodore...SA_VICSlim.aspx

Its not the command center im rocking at home

Speaking of, Next PC I build this is so going to be the Chassis I choose:

Wow... that was a lot of words I don't know. I felt like a hero 'cuz I was able to set up a router in my apartment all by myself.

There was no internet back in the days of the original 8 bit Nintendo. How did every kid know to blow into the cartridge?
