Bears hire inexperienced guy. Fans: We need someone with more experience, I’m angry

Bears hire someone with tons of experience. Fans: He hasn’t won everywhere he went, I’m angry.

Bottom line, unless the Bears hire staff that win the Super Bowl every year fans will pick it apart.

My favorite is "Their success doesn't count because the team had good players."

I actually agree that Nagy's offense was probably overly complicated. It was made worse because he couldn't teach it worth a damn.

I remember thinking, the entire offense often looked better in the hurry-up/2min stuff when the coaches were no longer involved. They couldn't be changing personnel groupings, no 10-15 second playcall to say, none of the pre-snap motion, it was just line up and execute.
Which is why he hated Foles. Foles ignored his dumb ass and just called plays that worked.
One day he’s going to be a kickass QB coach…

But we weren’t able to pry him away, even though it was only a rumor, and the Browns could block it anyway. So it’s proof our new coaching staff sucks!
Could they block the Bears for a position of O Line coach / Running game coordinator / assistant OC / assistant HC / assistant to the assistant GM / assistant Bean Counter / assistant CEO / assistant Owner / the guy who carries the bowl of Werther's for Virginia?

I think not.

You're interfering with the Virtual Dream Team of B level coaches that will win us the Superbowl.
Well, instead of going for The Expendables,

OIP.BDqJ7zASDqACqD5lw8KUFQHaE8

they went for The Dependables (no one on the staff is in need of adult diapers).

They were going to celebrate but the wino next to the AM/PM refused to buy alcohol for them.

Nagy’s offenses always looked confused yet the opposition’s D always seemed to know what was coming.
Isn't that what the Bear have always wanted: play calling where one team is confidently running their scheme while the other team is running around all confused, getting multiple penalties and calling bad time outs to try to figure out what is going on?

Sadly, Nagy mixed up the part where the Bears were supposed to not be the confused team.

Honestly never heard of him… like much of this staff. We will just have to wait and see.

But we're not suppose to say that about any of the hires. YEP......We're suppose say "lets just wait til the season starts to see what happens".

what is your plan of action on improving the Bears?

Maybe they'll hire you on for $15 an hour and you can complain that the coaching isn't up to your standards

Attack and pressure the Qb on defense. No soft C-2. And attack the defense with 4wrs.

My Minimum fees are 100x that ? for additional info on my full plan of action on improving the Bears

Now what would be your plan of action for improving the Bears ? And please say "lets wait and see"

Mostly true, but not completely. I'd settle for one Super Bowl and sweeping the division every year ?

Bears hire someone with tons of experience. Has won a SB a couple occasions. Has put previously awful teams in the
playoffs. Has a winning record. And done well with Qb's. FANS: Looks like he checks the boxes. Lets roll.
