No way shaw can be a lucic compareable player. At best he is a Steve Ott, Steve Downie or Brandon Prust

But I think he can score more than Burish and Carcillo do.

Why? What in the world makes you think that besides the fact that he is on the Blackhawks and bias? I'm sure everyone here hopes that he does, but thinking that he can just isn't accurate unless you have really watched him a lot compared to the other players.
Shaw didn't light up the OHL anymore than Carcillo did. In fact, their stats are pretty damn similar. Shaw doesn't show a whole lot more than Burish either when he first came up.

I'm not contributing to this conversation at all...
With that out of the way- I went to a preseason game when Burish was new to the team. They were playing the Wild (and there was like 2000 people in attendance). Anyways, I forget who fed him, but someone threw a 60 foot pass to Burish who was near the Wild's blue line. In one motion, Burish turned around to accept the pass, spun around and had a pretty clear break at the net which he scored on with a great shot.
I remember my friend and I thinking "shit, this Burish guy is good"
