He's my last WAR leader. He's the one player I think we all know that played his entire career in the 19th century. This piece of equipment should help you find your answer. He is?

Jasyon Stark question from ESPN today:

There are four active players that have had a streak of 5 consecutive seasons of 20 homers and .300 average. Who are they?

Albert Pujols, Miguel Cabrera and Robinson Cano for certain.

I can't figure out the third one. Votto, Ortiz, Braun, Werth...all good, but not in that catgeory of 5 straight. Yikes. Someone come up with that 4th player!

You got three and yes all of the rest are not #4. I thought Arod but even though he's a lifetime .297 hitter he's not 5 in a row for average.

I thought it was between him and Braun but I went with him. Turns out Braun missed it by 1 year.
There are a lot of really good players who missed one or the other stat by one year.

OK, I'm thinking of a number between 1 and 3, what is it? :)

Technically the answer is 2 as it's the only number "between". But you could be thinking of any of the 3 said digits, so I'll say 3. :yep:
