The dudes not a bust... He's just not the ideal player you use a #2 pick on. He's an inefficient scorer, a streaky shooter and he plays virtually no defense. On top of being a tweener forward. Adam Morrison is a bust, Michael Beasley is just stupid. He's still young enough to realize his talent and fix his game, but he's pretty strong willed, it's going to take something serious to make him wake up.

That doesn't make him a bust? :lmao:

No. He's not worthless... Just plays low IQ basketball. A bust is a complete swing and a miss. Beez still scores, and bangs the boards when he feels like it.

Bulls already had the chance to take him and they decided not to do it.

Best decision in Bulls history EVER! (besides being founded! :D )

i think drafting a man named Michael Jordan was the best decision ever

Bustly would destroy all of our bench chemistry. Dudes just not built for a contender.

And that would be an awful trade for LA. Miami was ready to trade him for stale poptarts before the huge FA.

So maybe he's not a bust as a basketball player, but he is a bust as a #2 overall pick is what your saying?

Yeah that's basically what I was getting at. I wouldn't call him a bust, because the guy can obviously still play, but he's shitty value at the #2 pick. I also think the fact that Rose was the pick before him hurts Beasley's image too, that's a lot to have to live up too.

Beasley, Randolph and Minnesota's first-rounder in '12 for Korver, Watson and Asik? Sure, why not. Makes sense to a certain extent. Move Brewer into the starting lineup, have Rip come off the bench at the 2 then have Beasley come off the bench at the 3 and Randolph can finally get minutes at the 4 and five. James/Hamilton/Beasley/Gibson/Randolph as our bench? That wouldn't bother me. Besides, Beasley and Randolph are both expiring contracts. Shed nearly 9 million if they both tank and prove to not be worth it and pick up a first-rounder? That'll definitely help when Rose's extension kicks in.

I'm still surprised nobody said anything about my post here. Nobody would want a flyer on two pairs of fresh legs and an extra first-rounder going into a super loaded draft? Giving up Asik would suck, but we'd shed Korver's poop contract and Watson could rotate with Rindeour and Rubio. Honestly, I think it's a win-win for both teams.

Idk why Minnesota would give up their pick for that. Furthermore idk why we'd give up Watson or why they would take Watson when they already have Rubio and Ridnour taking all the PG minutes.

Also I'm not totally sold on Randolph. He seems to have a lot of talent, but no matter where he is he never seems to get the minutes. I'd rather have Derrick Williams, but I doubt they give him up...

Both Beez and Williams put up 27 Points and 5 Boards. Williams shot 9 of 10 from the floor including 4-4 from downtown. Beez was also 3 for 3 from long range. It's funny timing because I was going to ask last night If anybody thought Williams was going to end up being anything worthwhile

wolves also got barea so they dont need CJ

and nah leave RIP in the starting lineup.....our offense runs allot better with him in the starting lineup then with brew

They said they didn't want to fall into the luxury tax, but you know a PG is their first priority.

I don't like Beasley at all, hope we don't try to get him.
