I have seen a lot of posters promoting keto this or intermittent fasting that or paleo the other (in the BEARS forum so I figured I would throw in my 2 scents), but what really matters is what comes out of your alimentary canal.
It doesn’t matter how much you lift or what you eat or don’t eat. Doctors don’t tell you this because they would be out of a job if they did, but you would bepoove yourself (hehe) to make a daily journal of your stools and note any changes to color, consistency, or texture.
It sounds corny but the first sign of a health problem will be clear as crystal from your BMs
