False Equivalence from the village idiot, so I don't expect him to know the difference.

As far as this subject goes - its awful. The people fired were the ones who built up their own brand (I think Chicago Audible?), CHGO bought them, cannibalized it, and now just before Christmas fired all the founding members of the brand that was bought out to start CHGO.

Absolutely disgusting work....

I mean Moreano probably has enough of a name now and goodwill from this situation to make it independently - but the dudes covering other sports probably can't.

he’s a beat reporter but not a real journalist. He was a super fan blogger who got access shortly before CHGO ate them. Want to know what his very first question was to Eberflus 3 seasons ago? Something about ball hawk tshirts.

He was how old when asking that question and truthfully it was relevant to the takeaway culture that Eberflus wanted to establish. It's not his fault Flus was a dipshit. He's got a legit degree in journalism from Iowa and out of everybody there at CHGO covering the Bears he's done the least meatbally work.

I almost wish those guys would go on to form their own CHGO rival and beat CHGO's ass in popularity, but life rarely works out like a Hollywood movie.

Anytime is overly protective of journos who are shit at their jobs, and gets legit mad when someone who isn't officially "vetted" by the lazy journo group to turn out the same tired crap catches popularity.

Will D was/is pretty high up in the company as far as marketing goes, is he still there? If not, Will and Nick should restart their YouTube channel though probably can't call it Chicago Audible and they will do alright. They were a little corny/dorky, but they did real reporting without all the Braggs/Carm over the top drama action
