Good thing about a Mims trade is that you don't have to necessarily give a 2022 draft pick because he's on his rookie deal for 3 more seasons. He's also not such a loss for the Jets that they need the immediate picks to replace him or his position on the roster. It's not like the Anthony Miller deal where you wouldn't want to give up a pick after the player would be a FA. The Jets could maybe get a 2022 5th or 6th for Mims, or the Bears could potentially give up a higher pick in 2023 and make it conditional.
