well no shit the whole thing is subjective...but one key difference between griffin and green's dunk is that griffin did it over a rather large defender in perkins(who aint half bad at D too)

and the whole originality argument is pointless..considering gerald green's windmill is not original at all

The originality argument is legit because I wasn't saying it was the greatest dunk in the history of sports like everyone was saying about Griffin's when it was the 2nd time he did it.

There have been plenty of windmills but I've never seen one off an alley-oop where someone was THAT high up.

Both are phenomenal plays, only one is a true dunk though.

It's why the dunk contest has run its course.

Unless we're going to see someone do a Between the Legs-Reverse-1080-Double Pump-From the Free Throw Line-On A Flaming Basket, then shut it down.

lack of originality doesnt necessarily have to do with doing a dunk more than once yourself

there are some guys out there are just great dunkers...but arent in the NBA..kinda wish they found the BEST dunkers out there(doesnt matter if they're in the NBA or not) and do a dunk contest
