You should probably show proof of this.
It didn't take too much searching. For context "the real QB" is Wilson.

"We must not really want the Bears to ever be legit..."

Notice me, halftime, passing because of the lack of draft picks....it's almost like I forecasted a depleted roster...which is exactly what Anytime complains about now with Fields.

I wanted Wilson but was always worried if they got him, how would they build a team around him with no cap space and no draft picks?

And you were spot on with that worry.

I'm not out to trash everyone on CCS - but when they get nasty - I'll look it up. Not everyone puts hours of research into a bad post or two, but to pretend like everyone on another franchise is dumb...when they wanted the SAME THING a year and a half before - C'mon, bro.

(not you obviously)

Most people did because no one thought the Bears had any shot at Fields, who really should have gone 2nd overall. Also no one had any idea there would be such a massive drop off in Russell's game. We're looking at an all time career collapse. Its male celebrity dating a Kardashian type of voodoo.

The Bears caught a massive break.

Oh and I actually did state that trading multiple 1sts for a 32 year old Wilson wasn't a good idea, so someone, did in fact, see the potential for the drop off - thanks.

Once again you compare him to Hackett to make it seem like Flus is completely safe.

Flus has managed to lose 12 games (8 in a row) without any assistance from Hackett...

If I am a GM, and I am getting ready to try and turn this team around with cap space and a great draft position to make the team a Super bowl contender, I'm not sure Flus is the guy I want at the helm on game day.

Sorry if the all mighty media does not have that opinion, and maybe I am alone in this as far as fans go, but I think he just might get fired...
You're delusional if you think this is going to happen.
