Well I feel as though I know most of you so well, so I wanted to share this good news with everyone.
Starting Monday, I'll be working downtown at a financial firm as a project engineer. It was a nice job to land in a rough economy, so I'm pretty happy to get the opportunity. The downside is that I may almost entirely disappear from the forums. I won't be able to post at work, when I get home from work I'll be with my family, and on the train ride I have to do my chicagonow pieces.
I'm still going to try to keep up with draftexpress, chicagonow, my podcast, and contributing here, but if things get too busy I'll need to start making choices about what means the most in the grand scheme of things to me. I just wanted to thank everyone for all the good conversations here, listening to my podcasts, encouraging me in my new ventures and supporting me for as long as I've been here.
It's not a "goodbye" per se, but I have a feeling that my forum time will be awfully limited, and I'll miss talking so frequently with everyone.
