I blame Rose for one thing this year. For making so many FTs in the last quarter and making so many game winners this year. People expect him to make everything now. He is something like 70-74 from the free throw line this year in the 4th and he has made at least 15 game winner-game sealing shots or won games late in the 4th this year that people expect him to do the same even when he is out of action for one month.

I am sure DRose will make every single one who questioned him look VERY stupid in a very short time.

It's not an excuse. It can happen once in a blue moon. And the guy shouldn't play so many minutes. He was shooting airballs in the 4th. He was obviously exhausted. Maybe he was exhausted from taking so many shoots and not because he was in a bad shape. I don't know. But I will wait to see him in the next games and I am kind of sure he will prove many people here stupid one more time.

Deng missed both too. That was something I didn't expect too but it can happen. What can't happen is 0-5 Free Throws from A CHAMPIONSHIP CALIBER TEAM. Gods of basketball were with Carmelo today. Good for him to win one against the Bulls. It won't happen again this year.

We Dug our selves a deep hole to climb out of.
If not for the sorry ass first half, free throws wouldn't have mattered because we would of been up by 20 in the fourth.

So you´re saying Rose missing 2 FT´s can happen, Deng missing 2 FT´s can happen but 0-5 can´t?!?

I remember Dirk missing those crucial free throws in the Finals back in 06 but look what he did last year he was almost automatic shooting almost 98% of his free throws in the entire playoffs last year he was CLUTCH. I hope this game makes Rose a better player.

Why did we even draft Derrick Rose? He's garbage. I think if Michael Beasley was here, he would've evolved into a Karl Malone/Charles Barkley hybrid who ever missed a game-winner, played in all 82 games every year, spent all of his down time at charities around Chicago, and become a model citizen, all while bringing our team 9 consecutive NBA championships.
