Lots of coaches are bags. I think its just inherent to the position. Sort of like how a good general has to lack some amount of human empathy.
But he's not that great of a coach and I think people are realizing that. Those 49ers teams were unbelievably talented, he gets a lot of credit for things they did. I'm not even trying to make this a Kaepernick thing either, both of them probably got carried.
