It was obvious that he couldn't hack it very early in his coaching career. The fact that the Lions took this long to make the decision and wasted the prime of Stafford's career is pretty miraculous.

Id take Stafford but honestly i dont think it would help much. The biggest issue right now is the actual offense is shit, the oline, and then QB. Im not sure there is a QB who could do much in this O. Its that bad.
