QBs are always going to lose in the playoffs. Only one team gets the prize. However, Goff is the reason they lost.

For example, Jackson lost but threw a clutch TD pass to get them within two at the end. He followed that with a perfect pass for the two point conversion that was dropped.

One of these things is not like the other.

I’m sure you’ll throw out Herbert’s name. However, there isn’t a NFL GM that would take Goff over Herbert given the choice.

The Lions still haven’t won shit since 1957 and the Bears are still kicking their ass in the all time series.

Am glad you like Ben Johnson. That being said YES, the Bears can fix the majority of their problem areas in both free agency and the draft. Bears can fix their biggest needs in the trenches and a bell cow running back.

The lions not so much. The need in the secondary is still great, LB's that still can't cover against the NFL's best offenses. A QB who has failed in the playoffs for two franchises. I say McVay was right about Goff.
