My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Bulls
I would have given TMac a shot, for the contract that he was getting. He made it known last year that Chicago was his #1 choice, not for a special role, but because he wanted to stay closer to Tim Grover and Attack Athletics, the personal therapy/trainers that finally helped him recover most of his injury. We kept telling him that he would be a 12th man, which is equally understandable from our perspective, so I understand both sides.

It worked out for the best, and now we can move on?

I would like to, but guys seem to want to hold to players that never wore the uni.

His teammates sucked year-in and year-out. That is why he never made it out of the first round.
Now when that same excuse was given to Rose, no one would buy it, but it's okay to use for mcgrady, I guess.

He wasn't good enough to lead them. he was a stat padder to me.

He had a couple of good to great years, but that's it.

what are you talking about?

hard to win anything when grant hill is hampered by injuries and your next best player is mike miller

and then in houston it was even worse...after yao and mcgrady they had mike james and jim jackson..flol

He had a couple of good to great years, but that's it.

he had 8 straight seasons of atleast 20 PPG, 5 RPG, and 4.5 APG

thats more than a couple

Yes he is. He never was as great as he was hyped up to be. Never made it out the first round. So so defender, great scorer, but that's it.

Oh...he was "just" a great scorer...lol. I had to laugh at that one.

McGrady had a spring in his legs that I haven't seen from him in like 5 years.

Oh was McGrady some all time great that I wasn't aware of?

He put up a ton of empty stats to me. To me he wasn't as good as advertised. You guys can praise what he did 7 years ago, but those days are long gone, and they were only a couple of seasons. But I guess he's on some all time great level.

Laugh away.

So you are either an all time great or a "never was"? I think that is seriously warped thinking if you feel that way.

I wouldn't call 16, 7 and 4 with a steal exactly lighting it up
