OT: NBA 2K12 PS3 Online Association?

This is it, I´m not going to buy a 2K game anymore!

I was up by 21 against the Wizards in the 4th, had an unbelievable game stat wise and during the game it says the league continues and the game will be simulated.

BUT they didn´t just simulate the rest of the game, they did it completely new! Result was a 2pt win with terrible stats!

Seriously how many ways does this game find to piss me off?!?

Honestly, I left because my mom came in and yelled at me for playing games. -_-

It also evened out because Faried got injured too.

I do. And I've been through far worse games than that, both in 2k and in real life. Seriously, I left because my mom was yelling at me.

I also hate how every single freaking player in the world mashes the steal button when they play online. How many times did I get a rebound only to have the ball flying to half court a second later? It's so stupid...

U think getting steals is easy? It´s the worst part in the game.

Everytime you press the steal button, it´s a foul! I think I got about three clean steals.

The other ones were just deflections. And happened because of the passing selection! Very often the player doesn´t pass to the side you want him to pass, which doesn´t make it easier! Halfcourt passes don´t work in that game, either.

That´s just something you have to figure out.

What is even more ridiculous is that you just can´t defend in the post. It´s a basket for 99%!

That´s just something you have to figure out.

Guess everyone I play against is good at passing then. :dunno: I can't get steals no matter which mode I play.

Yeah for me I can say that it´s my top priority to keep my turnovers low!

Although getting steals is not that much of a benefit because your teammate behave unbelievable stupid during a fastbreak!

I get a lot of turnovers thinking my teammates are going to do one thing, but then they decide to run into like 3 defenders. Your teammates probably hurt you more than help you most of the time.

Another thing I hate about online play...you can't get the shot timing feedback. This is probably why if I lose, I lose horribly. Turnovers are one thing, but if I can't make shots then I'm probably going to lose by 30 even if the other guy isn't a steal button masher.

Idk what about the shot timing is different online, but it's definitely different. Otherwise, I'm not sure why I would miss so many wide open jumpers. I know there's lag involved too (for example every time I shot with Courtney Lee, the game lagged...seriously :dunno, but at least if we had the feedback, we'd know how to adjust.

You´re 100% right, online you gotta have a different timing. Usually you gotta release the shot button earlier than you would do it offline. That´s just because of the internet speed.

On the other side I´mma hell of a defender!

For some reason I can't play anymore games on my schedule. I hit play game and it brings me back to the home screen. 2k constantly finding ways to cheese me...:smh:

But uh...anyway this can be fixed?

No it's all the games between where I was at and the game I played against you (about 4 games).

I think my record is 13-10 or something like that. I have 2 games after the one against you.

It also said like an hour and a half before the league advanced.

I guess I could sim all the games, but I'd rather play them. I have a feeling I'll get owned if I sim them. :smh:

2k cheeses me again. I discover that I am able to play my games again so I do...and then get disconnected halfway through. :smh:
