Oh, I don't know - I thought he was the GM a few times. How much responsibility he had as such is anybody's guess.
the media reports are what they are, no one knows, but a lot of people said he really didnt bother with the day to day operations in the old regime and the old man. he was there to get the team by not having a concern for the future and for the current squad at that time. wirtz had him cuffed...just what i read and heard back than. but who knows....either tallon must be pretty good at what he does doing what he did here and getting the panthers on the map.
