Stephen A. Smith is an intelligent dude...he has chosen to dumb himself down...it is sad to watch.

Never said those weren't bad calls by the way.

Definitely noticed a difference in him since he reemerged on TV with ESPN. He does act a good bit like he is holding back now haha. Dumbing down? Quite possibly, yes.

I've never been a big fan of him though myself, but I've come around lately. He isn't going as crazy over nothing on live TV anymore. So he's easier to listen to now than ever. Him & Bayless are pretty funny arguing back & forth at times.
