Nashville is going to be interesting this year.

I get that they're a small market, but they need to man up and spend some cash. They can't lose Rinne at the end of the year (even though they have a mini-me version of him in Lindback) and locking up Weber to a Keith-like deal would go a long way to showing everybody that they're serious about getting past the 1st round of the playoffs again.

Bodies in the building brings in the money and nothing brings people in like winning.

Yep, plus making room for Suter, and the other defensive prospects they have coming up. Nashville needs to build that Blueline around Rinne

Their deep run in the playoffs last year really pumped up the Nashville fan base and put them into the minds of Tennessee's sports fans. I bet they have a HUGE year from an attendance standpoint.

Just don't know if it'll be enough to save all their big-name players.

If they can't hang on to the guys mentioned in this thread, that franchise is completely worthless.

I'd rather go through a decade of horrendous hockey with some nice drafts like the Hawks did than have a defense first team that makes the playoffs every year only to shit the bed in the 1st round and then let superstars leave because the team cant afford them.

Though who knows- maybe they'll get lucky with the proposed realignment, but if they stay where they're at- they'll never get out of the West with their mentality. The West is way too strong.

I would loveeee to see Weber traded to just about anyone not in the central. No one that was mentioned would I want to have to make a major roster change for.

I posted a similar thread a few weeks back and you said it was "too early" for it. wtf?

Anyway ... trying to figure out which one of those guys would be 2nd line center worthy ....

Oshie, except 1. not a thrilling move and he's a crier (I jest) and 2. inter-division

We're not going to get our 2nd C from this list.
