What if the Bulls were able to pull off that trade for Kobe?

We would hate him greatly for taking those 18 foot jumpers all the time.

You forgot with 19 seconds still on the shot clock and a wide open teammate standing three feet from the basket.

I guess you don't understand. People proposed things that really had no chance at happening. The scenarios I posted very well could've happened. Had they happened they would've changed things in the NBA.

That is without changing draft positions of any of the teams. Te only thing changed would be the person picked, or a trade that happened, not happening.

Got it?

This is more centered around draft night.

But this one had no chance at happening as Kobe was using the Bulls for leverage to get LA to make a move and they got Pau for a box of chocolates and a bag of M&M's

we traded him to denver

He was traded to New Orleans...and that is a good what if...

And for the record, there is nothing wrong with looking back every now and then and saying what if. It makes for good debate.

I got a what if that nobody remembers. What if Jerry Krause actually pulled the trigger on that Hornacek deal with John Lucas and Philly? He was an allstar caliber guard at the time.

The Bulls win the title that year, i think, they at least make the finals...

And does anybody know what player Krause refused to trade that supposedly stopped the deal? That's right...Scott Williams. This is all rumored but still...

Nah, he was traded by the hornets to the Bulls and then we traded him to the Nuggets like a week later

That's interesting.

Wait, what year was this? Scott Williams won a title with the Bulls his first 3 seasons. He was a rookie in 1991. Was this in 1994?

Okay.

I was wondering.

Another what if: What if the Bulls drafted Michael Finley instead Jason Caffey (am I right on that one?)

Those terrible years after Jordan/before 2004 wouldn't have been as bad.
