So we’ve all heard of Pettine and Pagano being available. I assume Del Rio would be looking for work. Who else is out there and who makes sense (3-4)?

Since they want to keep fangio I would start looking at coaches that stick to the 3-4

Rex Ryan, maybe. He might has to strong of a personality though for a first year HC.

He would be a great pick up, but WOULD he take a dc job

Well, he's not going to get a HC job ever again, so it's either that or stay where he's at.

I've always liked Rex's style on defense, and I think he would be a hell of a grab as a DC where that is his sole focus.

this would be amazing, Baltimore also needs a DC so theres that, but ESPN1000 guy mentioned something about Pagano maybe filling that role.

Always thought R. Ryan was a blow hard. I like Pagano better and he also has HC experience which will help a first time HC without being over-bearing.

Hey, Rex. Want to take a pay cut and give up your TV job for a DC gig with a first time HC, coming off a 5-11 season?

It will only cost you a million or two.

I like Del Rio, DC on John Fox Panthers and DC with the broncos. Not sure if he's a 4-3 or 3-4 guy.
