For me:

HC- Bobby Slowik (Texans OC)
OC- Klint Kubiak (49ers passing game specialist)
QBC- Klay Kubiak (49ers assistant QBC)
OL- Chris Morgan (Bears OLC)

DC- Ron Rivera (Commanders HC)
or
DC- Dennis Allen (Saints HC)
or
DC-Todd Bowels DC (Bucs HC)

ST- Chris Tabor

Slowik is young and inexperienced. He brings in an OC who has experience calling games and DC and ST coaches who both have HC experience and are not likely to get another shot.

Morgan stays as OLC because he’s here and he and Slowik were both in Washington with both Shanahan’s. Morgan was also in Atlanta with Kyle. If they can’t get or don’t want Klay Kubiak as QBC then Janocko would be a good choice there having served in the same capacity under Klint Kubiak in Minnesota.

Where was Brian Daboll ranked on this board? remember when mitch went all out in preseason vs bears? per ccs, Daboll was the genius back in those times for turning the prodigy around, no?

Harbaugh, Johnson, Slowik are the only 3 that matter to me. I haven't done enough digging on most of these other coaches because the list isn't particularly interesting after you get past these 3—who, in my opinion, are the clear cut best available candidates on any coaching list.

I feel like Slowik would be higher on Poles' list than any of the other guys, simply because of the zone blocking scheme he runs. Poles invested heavily in athletic OL, specifically for the Shanahan scheme. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Harbaugh and Johnson run more traditional blocking schemes that favor mauler-type OL than the movement ones. Jenkins and Wright could probably switch with ease, but I'm not sure Nate Davis or Braxton Jones could.

I wonder how much that could affect Poles' decision making on the head coach, because if you have lineman that don't fit the coaches scheme, suddenly you create a need for a position you thought you had under control. You can make the same argument for a coach that favors a 3-4 scheme, though I actually do think the Bears are set up well to make that transition, if need be.

Pretty sure Davis would be fine in a gap scheme. Jones is more of an athletic finesse blocker but he’d probably be alright too.

To me if we’re not getting Harbaugh, and I think when it’s all said and done he’s a Raider, then it’s Slowik.

Morgan worked directly under Shanahan at two stops in his career and Janocko worked under Kubiak in Minnesota. So the coaches have been teaching this system for two years now and while I’m sure the verbiage isn’t exactly the same it’s probably at least pretty similar. So regardless of who the QB is next year the rest of the O wouldn’t have to start over with an entirely new playbook using entirely new verbiage.

HC - Brian Flores. I like his experience, and I think he got a raw deal after getting Miami turned around. McDaniels has a great offense though, it's not like Flores is repeating that here, but he got the ship together and did not deserve to get shit canned.

OC - Wes Welker or Darrell Bevell. currently on the offensive staff at Miami. I like what their offense is doing, and so I want a coach from there.

DC - I expect Flores to be on top of he defense for at least the first year. Let him bring along an assistant that he is familiar with that can take on the full job after Flores has established the identity of the defense.

Yeah, no thanks on Flores. Good DC, but I don't want him anywhere near a young quarterback. Take it from the guy who played for him.

I’m running back Flus and Getsy just to piss all of you off.
Just don’t get a QB for them with top pick. Make them earn it. Why reward them for bad behavior?

I'm a big no on Rivera or Allen.

Whoever the next HC is, that person had better be from the offensive side of the ball. My preference is Ben Johnson. Good young mind who has turned the Lions' offense into a top 5, top 6 unit in the league. Plus, by hiring Johnson you weaken a divisional opponent.

Whoever it is I really hope they consistently tell us about the plan to develop a new QB, and over complicate things with multiple coaches.

Bruce Arians

Wikipedia.....

Coaching philosophy

Arians' coaching philosophy can be summed up with one phrase: "No risk it, no biscuit. You can't live scared." His former quarterback in Arizona, Carson Palmer, says, "You play for him, you see he just has guts. He will let it rip, let it fly no matter what." He first developed this philosophy when the old-timers at the bar he worked at in college told him, "In life you must take risks." During games he will always give the quarterback at least two options based on how the defense lines up.

"One option will give us a chance to make a first down and the other option will give us a chance to score a touchdown." All his quarterbacks must believe, "If I have the right match up and the opportunity is there to take a shot at the deep ball, take it. I don't care if it's a third-and-three; if our best receiver is in single coverage and he's running a deep post route, throw him the damn ball."
