Dude, I love going to Sheetz. We don't have them here in Indiana. When I drive out to Ocean City, Maryland every September for a huge VW show, I always love stopping at the Sheetz in West Virginia. Them and Quik Trip are by far the best gas station/convenience stores.

WaWa is better but the nearest one is like 1 1/2 hours away lol we have 3 separate Sheetz within 20 minutes of my house I go there way to much.

****, Ford is still using the shitty 302 in their trucks. That motor is archaic. Its only saving grace is that it sounds amazing with some Flowmasters on it.

Nothing sounds amazing with Blowmasters on it.

Who makes the Tundra, again? :smug:

Trust me buddy, I'm all for Toyota trucks. I worked for Toyota for two years. I've owned three Tacomas, an '03 Tundra, two 4Runners and an FJ40 Land Cruiser. Their products are fantastic.

Toyota's trucks are superior in every single regard -- C-channels on a fully-boxed frame, a ridiculously superior powerplant, staggered rear shocks.... I could go on forever. When I would do face-off demos against Chevy/GM, Ford and Dodge, their salespeople and presentation MCs would go home embarrassed. If Toyota and Caterpiller could ever get on the same page and produce a three-quarter ton or full-ton Tundra and put a diesel engine in it, it'd be game over.

Ford uses an EcoBoost v6 in the F-150s, & bigger liter gas motors for 250-up along w/ diesel. the only 302 still in use is the modular V8 in the new Mustangs, & that engine runs amazingly efficient & quick.

furthermore, the pushrod 302 was a basis in the Fox Bodies for years to come in the 90s drag racing scene. the motor burns fuel well for stock, and has good low end torque when you use a stick.

Fuckin dumbass.

obviously you put a four inch tip from Auto Zone on your Civic & think you have something.

Flowmaster's don't flow, they are one of the worst mufflers you can buy.

ill admit i was wrong on the F150, i didnt know they offered the 302 for it.

Flowmaster isnt just mufflers. Flowmaster offers an exhaust system that definitely lets the engine breathe. if we're talking of just mufflers, that's a totally different story.

"it sounds amazing with some Flowmasters on it"

kinda makes it sound like he is referring to mufflers

And this is why I just run straight pipe on my 7.3. The mufflers are restrictive trash, but they do make a 302 sound good.

ive always replaced the entire exhaust system on anything... straight piped our 6.0 Excursion. just hollow out the cats or buy hiflows & it sounds good. to me, a car sounds better w/ mufflers when it comes to hot rods.
