I'm not an accountant, and there is a lot of interesting stuff in there, but overall it looks pretty above board. Now obviously these are high level numbers and you can't really tell where the money ends up, but you know where they say it's going.</p>

Most importantly, and remember this I guess when you are buying the water. They listed their public support percentage at 98.88%. And it looked like to me most of the money that came in was being given to programs.</p>
