Leno has been soft for years. I love him and what he did for the Bears, but our best formation is now going to be

Jenkins-Whitehair-Daniels/Mustifer-Ifedi/Daniels-Ifedi/Bars

I don't think Jenkins is a LT, but he is better than what we have and strong.

Lol Leno had a higher grade than Daniels, Mustipher and Ifedi while playing LT. Those guys graded worst playing easier positions.

Meh. He’s a RT with versatility. Play him on the right. Upgrade LT next year
I don’t think that Pace is done trying to anchor LT (or the line as a whole) before week 1.

What avenues does he have to upgrade?
FA. Isn’t Okung still available? Not a long term solution, but more talented than Leno, maybe a change of scenery? There are players out there.

Remember when Kyle Long was going to be good enough to move to tackle.

I just cannot take this organization seriously when it comes to moving o-linemen around.

It usually doesn't work out.

The Org and CCS think their chess pieces

Do the bears have money though? I thought they had less than a mil available before the draft. They’re gonna need to cut/restructure and I don’t think a starting LT will fit cap wise

hes played LT before

dont see the issue with seeing what he can do on either side

The guard they got also has played both tackles. Not that I expect greatness from a late rounder but he was taken a round above Leno.

I think out best pair are leno and Jenkins this year but, go for it and light up Leno's ass.

Competition will do Leno some good, as he’s had none for the past several seasons. Maybe wake him up a bit.

Switching sides is much easier than switching positions.

Going from OG to OT might be the hardest switch to make on the line.

Long played RT in college, no?

I'm assuming if we drafted him strictly for guard we wouldn't have drafted him in the 1st.

Mostly OG I think. I also think he played like 4-6 games in college.
