I hope Crawford drops F-bombs at every public appearance he makes, forever.

At this point he almost has too right? His speech yesterday was perfection and everyone in the building knew exactly what he was gonna say...

I forgot it was on NHLN this morning and just started taping it now (it runs until 1:00 PM now). What did I miss?

A bunch of screaming fans mugging for the camera, and some punk reporter on WGN who insulted as many as he could.

Watched on TV. The crowds along south Michigan were very sparse - could have easily walked over and been right on the curb.

Funniest thing I saw was a news reporter calling out a kid with an Atlanta Hawks cap and the word "Black" written on tape above it.

The parade ended at Mich ave. at that point they were just buses driving to Soldier Field. So that would have been a great place to watch them drive past doing 45 mph.

Drove to Oak Park and jumped on the Blue line to Racine, then walked over to the beginning of the route on Washington. Got some decent photos of the parade, then grabbed lunch and went home. Easy.

I still would have rather popped over for that than wait in a crowd of people 20-deep for 8 hours to see the team for 30 seconds.
