OK. Call me Nostradamus.

Hahahaha I know you all are gonna call me something else 4 Sure. BUT, here it is

My One and ONLY prediction for the upcoming draft !

************* There is a RUN on QBs and Chubby, Nelson, and Barkley are also GONE !!!!!

Patriots have only had Lamar Jackson in for a visit at FoxBoro FACT......

Patriots deal their TWO 1st rounders to the BEARs and their latter 2nd round pick to the BEARs ..... for.....

#8 of the BEARs AND Our 1st Fourth rounder....pick # 107

Patriots deal # 23 # 31 # 63 FOR #8 and #107

Thoughts ??

It isn't a rip-off at all but it does give the BEARs more draft capital.....

The Patriots purportedly didn't like the 310 yds Passing that DeShaunWatson put up against them AND the 41 yds rushing while only getting nailed twice for sacks.... Whereas Brady was sacked FIVE TIMES

The Patriots move up to #8 and Select Lamar Jackson !!!!

......Look how ordinary all that script IS !! I know I like highlighting and doing things with font size and BOLDING is a lot better

This would actually be a good value for the Bears, statistically speaking. Just a hunch, but I don’t think Pace is wanting to give away a chance at an elite prospect when he’s trying to build a team that hopefully won’t have another top 10 pick for a long time.

This isn’t to attack the OP because his numbers actually make sense, but I really hate most draft pick trade predictions because they’re horribly unrealistic. For example, I’ve had to listen all offseason here in Kansas City to the prognosticators saying the Chiefs should package their 2nd and 3rd to get into the 1st round (the Chiefs gave up an additional 1st last year to move up and get Mahomes). But that doesn’t come anywhere close to the actual value of a 1st Round pick. And let’s say you cobble together another 3rd or so to reach the value—Just because something’s of EQUAL value doesn’t mean the other person will want to play ball. People think you reach the actual number and they’re obligated to say O.K., when they’re actually just as likely to say, “No thanks, I don’t want to.”

Not the Patriot way.

Yep.... It's been 25 yrs since they took a QB in the 1st round but then again, they need a high quality backup to Brady....Heisman trophy winner Lamar Jackson is worth it to them Mobility And Performance along with getting a couple of years grooming and tutelege.....Maybe they talk to Ryan Thursday and pull the trigger

I feel the same way about seeing so many "unrealistic" draft trade values. This trade "works for Both teams if they have the desire.

AND I feel you are right about Pace wanting to take a Blue-Chipper at #8 BUT what if his draft board says that nobody is worth more than a pick #15 when we are on the clock...He might do it

If Chubb, Barkley, Nelson, Smith are gone at 8 then I'm all for it.

I don't think Pat's just picked a low rounder with Brady and coached him up. They saw something in him and he fell. His last 3 years of college had an amazing rating.
I don't think Patriots would expect that lightening to strike twice where they're absolutely against a QB in the 1st.

I am getting kool-aide gulping xcited thinking if this actually happened or someone after the BEARs wanted Lamar that we could possibly get at the least draft capital LIKE what I proposed...

#21 #31 #39 and #63 would be absolutely Wonderful for what the BEARs need
Could conceivably acquire Ridley ? Hernandez/Wynn ? Smith/Davenport/or Landry ..... maybe even double dip at Edge.... who knows the Big Board at Halas Hall ??

STOP - Let's not give them credit or hitting the lottery. If they had any idea what he would be, they would not have passed on him 5 or more times.

I would prefer that Buffalo falls in love with Jackson, or anyone else available at 8. But then again, why would teams not be calling the Colts and Bucs first?

Too much draft capital required to move up that far
