Gruden has a 10 year 100 million contract. Think he is safe.

Also the 5th is conditional so not guaranteed so we may end up with nothing as I suspect they only give up a 5th if Mack fails. So probably will be in our best interest that we don' get the 5th as that would mean Mack is playing like a stud. Just speculation.

That's really key. When it comes time to extend Trubisky (assuming he is who we hope he is), Mack's cap hit won't be quite as bad as it seems right now.

It wont be at all and Mack's contract will look really good at that time.
