I can't wait to see him go against Geno. I expect he will get abused a bit because Geno is a force of nature. If he holds up there I say the sky is the limit.

I feel like any time your parent or grandparent is a Hall of Famer if you take it seriously and aren't expecting shit to be handed to you based on your bloodline you will end up being damn fucking good. Kyle Long has a great attitude now. His dad is a legend. Obviously he has the genetics. If he is willing to accept coaching not only does he have NFL coaches to teach him some things, but he has his dad and his dads connections to teach him things. This kid can be a damn good player.

Ogletree is playing the wrong position in STL...

The rams are stupid as hell...

Ogletree was a MLB in college... he was a super athletic guy who makes plays based on his agility speed and his ability to take the right angles...

They have him playing SLB... where he is constantly taking on TEs not moving his feet... not free to engage the runner... taking on blocks from TE's and FBs...

The Rams are borderline the dumbest team in the NFL... Ogletree might already be broken playing a position he doesn't belong at...

Reminds me of Quinton Coples... a 43 DE forced to play in a 3-4...

And like Albert Haynesworth... some coaches just ruin guys... early or late... if a player isn't happy or comfortable playing a certain position it might break there spirit rather than make them try to learn there new role...

It might not be right for the player to give up... but it happens so often when a square peg is getting shoved into a round hole...
so your saying fisher doesn't know how to evaluate defensive talent? smh....

Jesus Christ I have never seen such an over the top asinine reaction to two preseason games like I have seen from Bears fans over the last two weeks. This is like Cubs fans who get excited over a big spring training win....oh wait.

You clearly haven't witnessed the past offensive lines of the Bears in recent years to say such a thing. I haven't seen Blocking like this since the late 1980s, 90's Neal Anderson era. This is something we've longed for & to see it developing is like giving a man dying of thirst a cold glass of water.

1st, I like Long`s output a lot so far. I watched Warmack`s 2nd game, and I have to say it was as good as either of Long`s. I agree, Fischer has looked like shit so far.

Do odd apostrophes help your argument? I think Long would school Warmack one on one in an individual drill.

Warmack is a monster of a dude but Longs speed and quickness would be too much for him to handle.
