First of all, you are saying "our". Why claim to speak for everybody? I know Bulls fans who don't think they will get out of the East this year. Plenty of them, and they love the Bulls...have for years. Are they more objective than say...KC Johnson? No.
And I know plenty of Bulls fans that think the Bulls can and WILL win it this year. Doesn't that make them homers?
But the problem is YOU speak of some conspiracy that you have no basis for. Because a majority of ESPN analysts thought the Bulls would lose to Miami last year and may think that this year...they are NOT being objective? Again, you are being very hypocritical.
Not, I'm not. ESPN is in the lebron business. They have been since he was a junior in high school. They put him on the cover of ESPN the magazine saying he could be the #1 pick in his junior year. They covered his team like crazy, shoved him down our throats talking about how great he is and blah blah blah.
I was sick of lebron before he even put on a Cavs uni. Then damn near every year from the 07 season they picked his team to win in the Finals. Go look at their picks. They picked the Cavs, then the heat. and he hasn't won shit yet. and it's been 9 damn years of lebron hype.
Win something, then get the hype. The Heat aren't going to win this year and that's my objective opinion. They are too top heavy and don't have enough Indians to win with. They are too small up front, they have terrible perimeter defense and they suck on the boards.
No one on that team knows their role and they don't even play half the roster. They are lebron and Wade or bust, and that isn't going to be enough. The rest of the East got better and adding Battier (Duke player) and Turiaf is just not going to get it done. Oh wait, they got Pittman, never mind.
